Agent Studio: Now Directly Available in Sub-Accounts

Agent Studio is now available at the sub-account level, empowering users and admins to build powerful Al agents directly inside their accounts without needing agency access.

With this update, Subaccount Admins and Users can access the full Agent Studio experience to independently create, manage, and deploy AI agents using all core capabilities tools, generative and capture nodes and workflow automation. This unlocks greater autonomy for sub-accounts, boosts adoption of AI automation across more teams, and supports scalable, distributed AI execution across agencies and sub-accounts.

Ecommerce: Variant Image Sync on Product Details Page

We've introduced flexible display options for product selectors on the Product Details Page, giving merchants more control over how customers choose product variants and pricing options.

Merchants can now choose between Dropdown or a more visual Pills layout for variant selection with the same styling behavior extended to multi-price selectors for a unified experience. Selectors across variants, pricing, quantity and upsells now follow a consistent UI pattern on both desktop and mobile with improved rendering and mobile dropdown fixes plus quantity color customization available when using the Pills style.

Opportunities: Duplicate Pipelines Across Sub-Accounts

Agency admins can now easily duplicate pipelines within a sub-account or copy them across multiple sub-accounts, saving time and keeping sales processes consistent without repetitive setup.

With this update, you can duplicate a pipeline in the same sub-account or copy it to one or multiple sub-accounts in a single action, bringing over pipeline stages and chart visibility settings automatically. This reduces manual setup during onboarding, helps standardize sales workflows across clients, and minimizes errors when rolling out consistent pipeline templates (note: records, automations, reports, and custom fields aren’t copied).

Advanced Settings for Voice AI Agents

We've introduced improvements to the pre-built A2P campaign flow to help customers meet carrier compliance requirements and reduce campaign rejections.

The flow now includes AI validation to confirm the LeadConnector Chat Widget is actually installed on the submitted website before a campaign is sent for review, helping prevent failed submissions. We also added stronger compliance guidance and required confirmations throughout setup reminders when copying widget code, an updated website compliance checklist and mandatory checkboxes before submission, reinforcing the requirement that the chat widget must be the only SMS opt-in method on the site to reduce carrier rejections.
